Distance AgreementThe contract between the Seller - Lilibeth Textile, Reg.No.40203405523, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER, and the person placing an order in the online shop www.lilibeth-textile.com, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER, is concluded when the Buyer has placed an order in the online shop.The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver to the Buyer the Goods in accordance with the Buyer's order. Payment and payment procedure The Buyer has the possibility to pay for the goods using the payment tools integrated in the Online Shop, by electronic banking transactions (Payment by card, bank transfer, Paypal). The Buyer shall choose the method and place of collection or delivery of the Goods by placing and paying for the order, specifying the exact delivery address. Delivery costs are shown in the "Delivery" section. The Seller shall ensure dispatch of the goods no later than 3 working days after receipt of payment for the goods. The date of payment shall be the date on which the money is credited to the Seller's account. Delivery times vary from 2-5 days in the Baltic States and 3-14 days to other EU countries. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods at the time of delivery without valid reasons or the goods were not delivered due to an incorrect address, the Buyer shall be liable for the cost of delivery (return of the goods), which shall be deducted from the amount to be returned. Right of withdrawal and refund If the order is not paid for within 2 days, the Seller has the right to consider the order cancelled. The Buyer has the right to refuse the Goods within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the Goods or immediately after payment of the order by sending a notice to the Seller by e-mail: [email protected] or by filling in the "Return of Goods" section. The withdrawal letter must contain the order number, the purchase amount and the customer's email address that was registered at the time of the order. The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 10 days after the withdrawal letter has been sent. All expenses incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer. In the event that the Buyer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal after payment, the Buyer must immediately contact the Seller by sending a notice to [email protected] or telephone +37120408032, indicating the Buyer's details, order number and request to cancel the order. If the order has not been dispatched at the time of notification, the Buyer may cancel the order and receive a refund within 2 working days at no additional charge. The purchase price paid for the product will only be refunded to the same account from which the Buyer paid for the order, or the refund may be in the form of a voucher if the Buyer has indicated this in the withdrawal agreement. Upon receipt of the returned goods from the Buyer, the Seller sends a voucher or a refund of the purchase price by e-mail within 2 days. The Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer a refund fee in the event of loss or damage to the original packaging. Exchange of goods The purchased product cannot be exchanged, but the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal and may purchase an identical product, if available, with the refunded funds or voucher received. Data processing By entering the information required for the purchase at www.lilibeth-textille.com, the Buyer confirms that he/she is familiar with the terms of the contract and agrees that the data provided by him/her shall be used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing and execution of the Buyer's order to the e-mail or telephone number provided. |
